What is Sexspan?

Many are familiar with the concept of Healthspan, which is the portion of life spent in good health. However, most do not consider their Sexspan.

Your Sexspan is the portion of your life in which you will have the ability and/or the desire to engage in sexual activity.

With the increase in life expectancy, or Lifespan, many not only want to live longer but also engage in sex well into old age. Most find it important that their Sexspan lasts as long as their Lifespan.

3 Steps to Prolong Your Sexspan

1

Focus on the four main pillars of health

  • diet
  • exercise
  • sleep
  • stress reduction

2

Focus on your partner. Your Sexspan depends on your partner’s Sexspan

3

Check your testosterone level, the#1 gauge of overall health for men. It’s only a simple blood test, and you can ask for it at your next physical.

Sexual health is one of the best barometers of overall health

Healthier people tend to have a longer Sexspan.

In order to maintain and prolong your Sexspan, focus on the four pillars of health – diet, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction.
